PRESCHOOL STORYTIMES

LAP-SIT STORYTIME
Dates/Times: -Every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
Location: Mission Branch Library
Details: For ages 3 months to 24 months, prepare your child for early literacy. Mothers, fathers, caregivers and babies are welcome. This special storytime is perfect for bonding with your baby while working on language acquisition skills. Songs, poems, fingerplays and nursery rhymes will be enjoyed by child and parent. TODDLERTIME STORIES
Dates/Times: Every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. - Quarterly Sessions - Call for Schedule
Location: Civic Center Library
Details: For ages 2 and 3 years, with adult, this drop-in series of programs features one-on-one adult/child stories, movements, music, crafts and other activities. GROUP STORYTIME
Day/Time: Mondays and Fridays, by advance arrangement
Location: Civic Center Library Children's Room
Details: For groups of 10 or more children ages 2 - 6, with accompanying group leaders, this special storytime may be arranged in advance by Oceanside day care centers, Headstart classes, church nurseries and community agencies. Make group storytime your favorite field trip! Stories, fingerplays, movies and other activities. Call 760-435-5590 at least two weeks in advance, please.
