Civic Center Library
A study/discussion room seating 8 to 10 is available near the Adult Reference Desk on the 2nd floor. It may not be booked ahead of time. To check on its availability, please check at the Reference Desk or call (760) 435-5580.

A larger meeting room, with seating for 12 or more and 2 large tables, is the Library Board Room. Primarily for City or Library use, the room may be booked for other not-for-profit groups and organizations during standard business hours (8-5, M-F). Please call (760) 435-5560.

The Community Rooms of Oceanside Civic Center are adjacent to the library. They are available for use by community groups and organizations for civic, educational and cultural events, but not by private parties. For information, please call Library Administration at (760) 435-5560.

Mission Branch Library
A study/discussion room suitable for one-on-one tutoring or a small group of 3 to 4 is available near the Reference Desk. Students must be in 7th grade or higher. The maximum usage allowed is 2 hours per day, and it may not be booked ahead of time. To check on its availability, please check at the Reference Desk or call (760) 435-5640.

The Mission Branch Community Room (capacity 49 maximum) is available for use by community groups under the same conditions as the Civic Center Community Rooms (i.e.: not for private parties). An application for use must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. Please ask at the Reference Desk, or call (760) 435-5640.
